Founder and Director of the Center for Territorial Intelligence at the Adolfo Ibáñez University and researcher at the Center for Conflict Studies and Social Cohesion COES. Doctor of Design from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, Master in Architecture and Architect from the Universidad Católica de Chile. Teacher of the Design Lab and the Business School of the Adolfo Ibáñez University in undergraduate, postgraduate and open courses. He was a visiting professor at Harvard University and a professor at the Catholic University. With publications on applied scientific research in public policy, articles, magazines and books such as: Atlas de Bienestar Territorial, The Camp and The City, Housing: What is Next ?, Ecological Urbanism: Conversations on Latinamerica, and Santiago, Proyecto Urbano, among others .
