A journalist graduated from the Universidad Católica del Norte. Throughout her career, she has promoted organizational and community learning processes in projects and institutions where communication and engagement with the community are key, including areas such as education, culture, participation, and citizen advocacy for social, community, and urban development. Through her work, she contributes to strengthening mediation processes, network articulation, collective intelligence, and the exchange of experiences, utilizing planning tools, project management, facilitation of processes, dissemination, and reporting, in both the public and private sectors.

From the Enlaces Project at the University of Antofagasta, the Center for Methodological and Technological Innovation at the Universidad Católica del Norte, Balmaceda Arte Joven, Plan CREO Antofagasta, Fundación Educación 2020, and as an independent consultant, her professional approach is to foster and facilitate dialogue as a basis for horizontal, constructive, and honest personal relationships, committed to long-term objectives.
