Lawyer, Degree in Legal Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Master in Business Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

Laura has worked as a lawyer for Banco de Chile and in legal studies, and she has spent more than 6 years in the prosecutor's office of the Cruz Verde-Socofar companies as a senior lawyer, specializing in highly complex negotiations and contracts. Likewise, she has developed her professional career in areas related to the improvement of companies and foundations through the implementation of Corporate Governance policies, transparency, and corporate reputation, among others.

She currently works as a lawyer for SMEs and non-profit organizations, as well as in corporate matters of diverse nature, leading negotiation and collaboration processes between parties, along with internal processes in these organizations to improve their governance and management.

In addition, she works as a professor at the Law School of Universidad Mayor and as a professor at the School of Journalism in the Master in Strategic Negotiation of Communication at UNIACC.
