Juan Francisco is a Construction Engineer. He has been working for the Clave construction company for 7 years, as well as contributing to construction projects at the Alzza construction company, such as Fundo La Masía Urbanization and Lots, Installation of a mammography room at the Carlos Van Buren Hospital in Valparaíso, and Mathias' Studio House Klotz, among others. Moreover, he has been part of B&C Building and Crafting for 4 years, an independent project launched in 2020, which focuses on project and construction studies. His role is to manage construction projects, being in charge of project administration, and executing both supervision and management together with the client.

In 2021, Juan Francisco had his first approach to Ciudad Emergente, collaborating in the preparation of budgets for different projects. Currently he has contributed to projects for the cities of Salamanca, Illapel, and Olmué, where he participates as the technical construction inspector.
