Joshua is an urban planner based in the United States with more than 15 years of public sector experience in local government planning. Joshua spearheads strategic place-based planning and public space initiatives and related collaborations with institutional and philanthropic partners, such as the World Bank, Inter American Development Bank and National Park Service to create, elevate, advance, and implement programs and policies that catalyze equity-driven grassroots change.

Josh has played a key leadership role in delivery of cutting-edge collaborations with foundations to elevate community voice and equity in neighborhoods and led the development of neighborhood-scale planning tool, which provides cross-sector guidance for advancement of economic development, cultural identity, public space, and sustainability goals and objectives.
