Javier is a professional with extensive experience in the study and execution of multidisciplinary projects and their connection to the environment. In collaboration with Fundación Para la Confianza (2016-2017), he was part of the team responsible for updating the “Good Treatment Policy” for the National Board of Kindergartens (JUNJI), which led to the creation of the “Well-Treatment Environments Policy.” He has conducted various training sessions and programs with community leaders in the Valparaíso region (2018-2024), establishing initiatives where culture, the environment, and sports serve as fundamental pillars.

Some of his notable experiences include founding and producing Teatro en el Galpón (2019), the first theater cycle powered by 100% renewable energy. He was also part of the "Salud Social Valparaíso" program (2018-2020) in collaboration with the Playa Ancha Cultural Center. In addition, he has provided consultancy services for Fundación Desafío Levantemos Chile (2017), Consultores SurAndes (2018), and the "Indigenous Territorial Development Program" (2018). He led the "Open Park Territory Program" (2022), an initiative promoted by the Valparaíso Cultural Park (formerly a prison). Currently, he provides consultancy services and lectures linking mental health and physical activity.
