PROMUEVE ILLAPEL
Promueve community initiatives, is a program by Somos Choapa, whose objective is to strengthen and support the capacities of local actors for the development of projects that seek to improve the spaces for participation and coexistence of the communities in the area, promoting collaboration and association of the different organizations of the commune so that they jointly promote the development of their environments.
Proyecto Promueve, is supported by the Municipality of Illapel and Mineras Los Pelambres, this initiative seeks to help communities to improve their headquarters, implement them or propose innovative projects, in order to improve the quality of life of the residents and the community.
There were 60 projects selected to execute in the Illapel area. The PROMUEVE program has completed all its 2018 projects and the winning projects of 2019 are currently being executed in conjunction with the Ciudad Emergente team.
