ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES

Gathering data to measure air quality in a specific place and time, in order to compare the results and evaluate the impact when implementing a particular tactic.

This study is carried out with the use of Smart Citizen Kit, a citizen action technology device developed by Fab Lab Barcelona, which through the measurement of CO2 emissions, nitrogen, noise levels and environmental humidity, among other indicators, allows to create local maps of noise and air quality.

The use of this device allows to increase the awareness of the inhabitants about the environmental quality of their territories and encourages the elaboration of solutions to local environmental problems.
