Claudia is an architect graduated from the Universidad de La República and has complemented her training with courses in Teamwork Techniques, a Diploma in AutoCAD, and courses in Introduction to BIM methodology and MS Project applications.
Throughout her career, she has accumulated more than 25 years of experience from conceptual design to the final execution of works.
At DIDECO La Reina, as a project architect, she was in charge of the design and execution of social housing projects in extension and urban infrastructure such as Participatory Pavements. She also served as a public infrastructure architect at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Infrastructure Department, covering the entire process of assigned interdisciplinary public projects inside and outside the country.
Post-2010 earthquake, at Serviu Metropolitano, she focused on conducting a survey as Technical Works Inspection to review the conservation of urban roads. Additionally, she was in charge of the civil and infrastructure works of the Cerrillos Bicentennial Park that were being executed at that time. She then moved to live in the city of La Serena, where she continued working as a Technical Works Inspector (ITO) for real estate developers in high-rise buildings. She was in charge of the Maintenance Supervision and infrastructure security at the Huachalalume Penitentiary Complex, as a consultant to the Fiscal Inspection. She worked in the family business of Design and execution of landscaping projects in real estate and private projects.
Currently, she is part of the Fundación Ciudad Emergente team where she serves as Territorial Coordinator and Technical Inspection, ensuring the correct execution of community and sports projects, ensuring good relations with the community to foster social cohesion and sustainable urban development.
