Methodology

Agile entrepreneurship methodology applied to urbanism. It consists of a three-stage cycle: Implementation, Measurement, Learning – the challenge of which is to minimize the execution time of these stages as much as possible.

It combines tactical urbanism actions with indicator gathering tools. We call these tactics LRB Actions (Light, Quick, and Cheap), and 2.0 Tools (due to the collaborative logic of Web 2.0).

Our Place

A set of activities on the ground (1-to-1 actions) that involve civil society and decision-makers. Based on the "LRB" (Light, Quick, and Cheap) concept, the tactics are prototypes designed to achieve urban relevance results quickly, allowing beneficiaries to directly intervene in the construction of the city while raising public awareness regarding the effects of each project and/or initiative.
